A NEW STANDARD OF LIVING IS RETURNING TO PRAGUE 6

For more than four centuries, KAJETÁNKA has been home to an idyllic vineyard, a serene monastery and the lavish gardens of a grand family estate. Today, KAJETÁNKA is to become the finest residential development in Prague, situated on the expansive grounds of a 16th century Baroque chateau in the distinctive Břevnov neighbourhood of Prague 6; for the privileged few, history can repeat itself.
The unique KAJETÁNKA project is headed by the developer Bozner, a joint venture with two familiar names:: Lapid Capital Ventures Ltd. and Quinlan Private. The project has been designed by renowned local architects, LOXIA a. s., whose award winning work includes the redevelopment of Vinohradská tržnice and the Four Seasons.
With four luxurious HOUSES and the renovated ORANGERIE, KAJETÁNKA offers a variety of exclusive properties available to the fortunate owners. And just as in past centuries, today’s residents will find KAJETÁNKA a lush, private sanctuary — an ideal residential retreat in the heart of a vibrant city… and a return to their country manor.

Welcome home.
The storied history of KAJETÁNKA dates to the 16th century. After the lost battle at Bílá Hora, the Martinic family took possession of KAJETÁNKA. In 1666, the family donated the estate to the Theatines, an Italian holy order founded by St. Kajetan, and the estate carries his name to this day. It was his followers, who gave the VILLA its current design and added the distinctive ORANGERIE in 1760.
Preserving the results, and history, has remained a top priority for the KAJETÁNKA project. As you can see below, the same VILLA, has been newly restored to its original elegance and returned to Prague 6 for the district’s use. Prague 6 has embraced the KAJETÁNKA restoration project as a welcome gift to the community and as a chance to highlight one of the area’s historical treasures.
The KAJETÁNKA project pays equal homage to the expansive natural beauty that makes KAJETÁNKA truly a one of a kind living opportunity. Once again, history played an important role.
In 1783, during the reign of Josef II, the KAJETÁNKA monastery was abandoned. After passing through several owners, the estate was finally restored by the Kounic family, who cultivated an English garden on the land and imported numerous trees, many of which still grace the estate.
Imagine your own private gardens, unfolding onto a classic English-style park dating from 1821, with manicured lanes leading around the lake to an elegant French garden.
Yes. Your own lake, as well.
Since history did not always offer convenience and comfort, the estate’s late Baroque character has been restored and updated to incorporate modern features and sophistication.
KAJETÁNKA’s four residential HOUSES (I—IV) have drawn their inspiration from the estate’s historical architecture and incorporated modern design and detail. Facades feature superior-quality materials, such as sandstone cladding and elegant glass and steel-trimmed terraces that create style and sophistication. The graceful floor-to-ceiling windows — standard in all apartments — draw the natural park into the home, creating the harmony unique to KAJETÁNKA.
Modern convenience options, including broadband connectivity and air-conditioning, insure the luxurious properties at KAJETÁNKA will set the new standard in contemporary living.
All apartments feature terraces, balconies, or gardens — private spaces that open out onto the park. Residents will enjoy the safety and comfort of individual secure reception areas and dedicated underground parking.
The four HOUSES at KAJETÁNKA offer three types of apartments: PENTHOUSE, CLASSIC and GARDEN — sizes are arranged to suit your personal taste. With two to three bedrooms and innovative open floor plans, the design provides ample space and the freedom to create your own home.
GARDEN
Exclusive to HOUSES I, II, & III, GARDEN apartments offer south-facing floor-to-ceiling windows and glass doors opening onto large sunny patios. These merge into the gardens with private use and a view to the magnificent park just beyond the hedge. GARDEN apartments are ideal for those wanting the space, greenery and quiet comforts so rare in city living.

CLASSIC
KAJETÁNKA’s CLASSIC apartments are comprised of spacious, well-designed one-, two- and three-bedroom units. Situated with striking views of the park, CLASSIC apartments feature balconies or, in the case of CLASSIC TERRACE apartments, grassy terraces. These properties are designed to accommodate modern conveniences, including broadband connectivity and air-conditioning. Open floor plans provide an airy, uncrowded living space, while the large bedrooms create a private retreat.

PENTHOUSE
On the top floor of HOUSES I, II, & III, KAJETÁNKA offers residents the height of stylish living in the form of spectacular PENTHOUSE apartments. Every bedroom and living room has direct access to either a balcony or generous terrace.
These luxury apartments come with the possibility of en-suite master bathrooms. Impressive floor-to-ceiling windows frame breathtaking views of KAJETÁNKA park and Prague Castle beyond.

ORANGERIE
Constructed in 1760, the newly restored ORANGERIE with its rustic hues, distinctive Baroque architecture and opulent living spaces is the jewel in KAJETÁNKA’ s crown. A place of elegant reserve for the most discerning clientele, offering apartments in grand traditional style, the ORANGERIE befits those with the most refined of tastes.
