The Švédská Residence
The Švédská Residence is a unique architectural project rising on the site of the former vineyards of King Charles IV. The sunny slopes, with mature plantings, will soon be home to three buildings. The first is a modern, reconstructed villa with three apartments and retains the original atmosphere.
